Pylokit Kit 1’s is a combination medicine indicated for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori-associated with peptic ulcer disease. Helicobacter pylori weaken the protective lining of the stomach and intestine; this allows the acid to get through the sensitive lining beneath. Both the bacteria and acid irritate the mucosal lining leading to ulcers. Symptoms include burning sensation in the stomach, frequent burping, bloating, and abdominal pain.

Pylokit Kit 1’s is a combination of three drugs, namely: Clarithromycin, Lansoprazole, and Tinidazole. Clarithromycin kills the bacteria by preventing the synthesis of necessary proteins required for vital bacterial functions. Lansoprazole works by blocking the action of an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid, thereby prevents acid-related ulcers. Tinidazole damages the DNA of bacteria, thereby kills them. Together, Pylokit Kit 1’s helps treat peptic ulcer disease.
